Welcome Candice Willmore to LAYC Board of Directors!

We are happy to announce Candice Willmore as our newest board member! Candice brings extensive experience, a strong dedication to community service, and a genuine passion for empowering youth—traits that resonate deeply with our mission. 

Candice Willmore is the Director of Human Resources at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation. In this role, Candice leads the organization in human resources initiatives, overseeing talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational compliance.  

Candice holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore.  

Here's a fun fact about Candice: She's a dedicated pro bodybuilder competing in women's physique and never gets tired of rewatching Grey's Anatomy.
