Join us for an Informational Session about the Family-Based Housing Transitional Living Program & Host Homes at LAYC!

Learn how you can support youth ages 12–21 by providing a safe, nurturing, and nonjudgmental environment. Whether for a short-term (21 days) or long-term (up to 18 months) stay, host families help youth stay focused on their goals and prepare for independent adulthood.

Requirements include:

• Being 21+ years old

• Living in DC, MD, or VA

• Having a room available

• Completing a home study, trainings, and background checks

• Willingness to collaborate as part of a team
