Assistant Secretary January Contreras Visits LAYC
On June 23, 2022 LAYC welcomed representatives from Department of Health and Human Services including January Contreras, Assistant Secretary for the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Sanzanna Dean, Director Division of Runaway and Homeless Youth Program and Habibah Smith, Federal Project Officer, Runaway and Homeless Youth Program to learn more about LAYC and the housing programs and services we provide with their support.
