Young Families Program

The Young Families Program (YFP) serves four young families ages 18-24 with up to two children. The program provides transitional housing for up to two years in apartments.

Wraparound services include case management, parenting classes, life skill classes, employment readiness, mental health and substance abuse counseling and referrals to community resources. Clients must be able to demonstrate the self sufficiency to begin working and paying rent, to live independently and identify family goals.
