What is IMPACTO Consulting?

Latin American Youth Center (LAYC), one of the nation's leading youth development organizations, has for 40 years helped low-income youth in the DC area make a successful transition to adulthood.

LAYC has for man years hosted local, regional, national, and international groups seeking advice and support to create quality youth development programs. We have formed IMPACTO as a social enterprise to respond to that demand.
